If we do not receive your payment within 72 hours the order will be cancelled.

1. Can I return the ordered product?

By entering into a consumer contract, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the Agreement at any time within 10 days of confirmation of dispatch of the contract. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the products in accordance with our returns policy.

Please complete the form legibly return the product in original package, with tags and receipt to send a courier or parcel post with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Premise Hero ul.Karmelicka 17/4, 31-128 Kraków.

 

2. When will I get the money for the returned product?

Up to 10 days from the date we receive the package.

3. Can I exchange a product?

By entering into a consumer contract, the customer shall have the right to exchange at any time within 10 days of confirmation of dispatch of the contract.

In exchange for a different color / size / model should place your new order in our store, and add comments to the order no. contract which will be exchanged.
A pack of legibly completed form (included in the package) and the product was originally packaged with tags and receipt to send a courier or parcel post with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

Replacement cost : dependent on the country to which the packet is to be sent.
